Dear Community Members,
I hope this message finds you well. As we approach the end of the year, it is time for us to prepare for our Annual General Meeting (AGM), which we are required to hold in accordance with our Constitution.
We are pleased to inform you that the AGM is scheduled for 14th December 2025 at 3 pm, following the liturgy.
To ensure that the AGM is valid, it is essential that all members renew their membership for the year 2025-2026 (or register as members for the first time) and pay the annual fee before the meeting.
The fee is £20. We would prefer if the amount is paid via HoodHub platform The Greek Orthodox Community of the Annunciation of the Mother of God.
You can also pay in cash, in church, if you wish.
Please make sure to complete your registration/renewal by 5th December 2025 to be eligible to attend the AGM, and send me or our Secretary, Mr. Alexandros Lezos, an email simply reading 'paid'. (If you pay in cash, you do not need to send any email, of course).
Our church requires care and commitment from each of us to grow and thrive. By working together and supporting one another, we can strengthen and nurture it.
We greatly appreciate your timely cooperation as we continue to support our Church and our shared mission.
